關於修改版權字眼 编辑

zhwikinews一直以CC BY 2.5授權發佈，但有一些自由版權的媒體，我們可以轉載他們的文章，例如全球之聲和竹新社。不過他們的有一些授權是4.0的，理論上來說4.0就可以向下相容4.0，不過2.5不可以向上相容4.0。

對此，我們可以個別授權這些文章在頁面上以4.0發佈，加入一個模板貼上告示即可。我提議將MediaWiki:Copyright改寫為：「除非另有說明，本站的全部文字在共享創意 姓名標示 2.5協定之條款下提供……」的字眼，以避免版權衝突。

ruwikinews, enwikinews, ptwikinews都有「除非另有說明」的字眼，enwikinews更加有一千個頁面個別以公有領域發佈。

  • 我個人認為編輯次數是沒有必要的，至少創立過一個頁面、代表完成一篇報道，才有這個權限。當然目前的要求其實都屬於ok的範圍，所以我是偏向支持更改的，不過沒有完全更改的必要性。另外亦需要邀請更加多的人討論，可以盡快達成共識到phab提出，再邀請多一位就可以達成八成的支持率了。--Kitabc12345（讨论） 2020年12月13日 (日) 10:14 (UTC)[回复]
不會被濫用吧，維基教科書、維基詞典、維基語錄在2018年就允許了自動確認用戶suppressredirect權限，而他們的自動確認用戶門檻只是註冊達7天並編輯達10次，我覺得現在註冊達7天並編輯達20次這個標準已經可以避免濫用。--Sun8908（留言） 2020年12月13日 (日) 11:13 (UTC)[回复]

This is the announcement for the Project Grants program open call that started on January 11, with the submission deadline of February 10, 2021.
This first open call will be focussed on Community Organizing proposals. A second open call focused on research and software proposals is scheduled from February 15 with a submission deadline of March 16, 2021.

For the Round 1 open call, we invite you to propose grant applications that fall under community development and organizing (offline and online) categories. Project Grant funds are available to support individuals, groups, and organizations to implement new experiments and proven ideas, from organizing a better process on your wiki, coordinating a campaign or editathon series to providing other support for community building.
