Resisting injustices and discrimination against minorities. Despite the rain, it was reported that 70,000 join the Metro Manila Pride 2019. |

Marikina mayor Marcelino "Marcy" Teodoro announced the enactment of City Ordinance No. 065 to ensure and protect the rights of the member of the lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgenders. queers and other sectors (LGBTQIA+).
